Shed 19 hosts Laboratories of Advanced Research and Technological Transfer aimed at Enterprises. Three Laboratories belong to Modena and Reggio University and one to CRPA:

- En&Tech, for the Industrial and Technological Transfer research in the field of technologies. integrated for building sustainability, the efficient conversion into energy, the energetic efficiency of buildings, the lighting and domotics.
- Biogest-Siteia, for the development of biologic agribusiness resources.
- CRPA-Lab, Laboratories for Research Center of Animal Production Research.
